The same story comes up again and again: a boiler someone else could not fix, or said was not worth fixing, found and repaired. One reviewer had shown his leaking Worcester to five or six people in Bolton who all said replace it, with new boilers quoted at £1,800 to £2,000. R&R diagnosed it over the phone, came out and fitted four parts from the van.
Another reviewer rang on a Friday night with no heating, was booked in the next day, and had the fault diagnosed within ten minutes and fixed within two hours of arrival, with the parts already on board. Two earlier visits from another company had not found it.
